However due to COVID-19 the launch was put on hold.

“ UVBA has a well-coordinated approach. The teams exemplify professionalism. The basics such as appearance, punctuality and communication are usually where most activation teams seem to falter but not UVBA each activation was important as the activation before. Not only did they meet the standards and targets we as the client set, but they also went on to exceed their own standards and targets. The mechanics of the campaign were not easy, in fact quite technical however the teams on the ground were able to connect and engage with our customers in a manner that mediums such as radio, newspaper and social media could not.
What was impressive about the management is the high degree of commitment. They behaved in such a manner that everyone would think they owned the product, such was the level of emotional investment. There was always continuous advice on how to improve the campaign. At the end of every activation, photos and impromptu feedback was provided without fail. The real test of leadership, however, is when things go wrong for example a promoter arriving late or promoter with the wrong attire.
With UVBA, solutions are provided quicker than any excuses and that type of attitude make my job easier as I am answerable to a number of stakeholders. The quality of the feedback reports was beneficial as they became a strategic tool in our post-campaign analysis. I witnessed the willingness to go the extra mile when we ran an activation on a month-end Friday. Being a QSR ( Quick Service Restaurant) company, month end Fridays are very busy days. On this particular day we lost electricity, and the generator kept on tripping every 30 minutes. Every time the generator went down, it then meant that we had to start the activation again. The team on the day never lost their enthusiasm and actually doubled the effort every time so that we could meet our target.”
